Step One

Send us your Hard Drive to our postal address; Send via a suitable postage service along with your Contact Details (Name, Address & Phone Number). We recommend Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. This costs about £5 and is fully insured up to a value of £500.

Step Two

We’ll backup the contents of your disk. Our assessment will determine the level of data capture/recovery that we can attain from your media, we will then may contact you to discuss any particular requirements.

Step Three

We will then recover the data you want and copy the contents onto CD-ROM, DVD or another Hard Drive. Also via special request we can rebuild your hard drive with your chosen operating system and your recovered data.

Step Four

We send the recovered data back to you via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery. We aim to send the recovered data back to you within 48/72 hours.
